Welcome to Homeselect, the allocation scheme for virtually all Council and Housing Association properties in the Great Yarmouth and Waveney areas.
We aim to give you more choice in deciding where you want to live. Properties that are available for rent will be advertised each fortnight. We will also advertise shared ownership properties and garages on this site. Eventually we hope to advertise private rented properties. You must then tell us which properties you are interested in. This process is known as bidding, do not worry about the word 'bid', you won't be parting with any money. All this means is that you are actively interested and wish to be considered for the property or properties you are applying for.
You may only bid for a property if your application has been accepted onto the Homeselect housing register.
